Challenge

The Client is a Tower company looking to engage a Contractor to assist them with respect to the provision of services consisting of proposing opportunities, providing support for and closing new deals and lease-ups in Cyprus, Malta and elsewhere is directed for increasing tenancy ratio.

TheMagnet® Approach

TheMagnet® proposed a basic cooperation model based on an exclusive Independent Contractor Agreement. The Client engaged TheMagnet® to advise and assist in connection with transactions to be executed by the Client within the specific territories and elsewhere, as directed and/or approved by the Client.

TheMagnet® shall propose opportunities, provide support for, and facilitate the closing of transactions for the Client in the areas of hospitality services (including but not limited to lease-up and upgrades, new colocations, BtoS), DAS and Micro cells, IoT and Smart Cities, NGN and MEC, M&A and any other opportunity approved by the Client.
