Challenge

The Client, Cyprus Civil Defence, is seeking the assistance of Experts in Public Warning Systems (PWS) to participate in the question-and-answer of the potential bidders during the stage before the submission of the PWS offers, as well as, to contribute as Consultants of the Evaluation Committee during the stage of evaluation of the PWS offers, until the completion of the evaluation process.

TheMagnet® Approach

TheMagnet® proposed a basic cooperation model and the Client engaged TheMagnet® to advise and assist in connection with the eligibility criteria and technical criteria evaluations. TheMagnet® proposed several KPIs and facilitated the evaluations for the Client.
