No tolerance policy on discrimination: TheMagnet® has adopted a no-tolerance policy for harassment and discrimination, including a prohibition on retaliation. We conduct trainings for all employees, and we communicate broadly to make sure employees know how to report any concerns. We all benefit from a work environment that fosters integrity and respect.

Our External Advisors: We are also committed to growing the number of diverse Advisors in our network of Advisors. When we select Advisors for a project, we do so based on their experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as information collected through prior interactions with TheMagnet®, but without regard for an experts’ race, gender, or other characteristics. This reflects our belief that precise matches to the best experts should be based on what our clients are asking and what our advisors report that they know and can share, and not on any other characteristic.
