Provision of Consulting Services to the Cyprus Ports Authority for the implementation and application of the European Regulation 1239/2019/UE EMSWe

The Consortium of TheMagnet®, a management and technology consulting firm,and P. Kalos Consulting Services Limited, a technology consulting firm, has been assigned by the Cyprus Ports Authority to provide consulting services for the implementation and application of the European Regulation 1239/2019/UE EMSWe (Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 on the establishment of a European Maritime Single Window environment) for the Cyprus Ports Authority. The Consortium provides innovative, tailor-made business consultancy services and complete solutions by leveraging best practices, skills, and know-how.

Cyprus Ports Authority is a semi-government organization which exercises public administration regarding the operation and management of Cyprus ports, port facilities, and lighthouses under the supervision of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works of the Republic of Cyprus.

The Consortium will collaborate very closely with the EMS which is an expert subgroup of the High-Level Steering Group (HLSG) for Governance of the Digital Maritime System and Services provides advice and expertise to the EU Commission for the matters related to Regulation (EU) 2019/1239 establishing a European Maritime Single Window environment.

The contract starts in September 2022 and is expected to end on the 31st of December 2025.
